This website is operated by Cos Me Beauty. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cos Me Beauty.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

Cos Me Beauty sells skincare, cosmetics, hair-care products, lashes, fragrances, accessories, and other beauty-related products.

Please review all product ingredients, directions, warnings, and manufacturer information before use. Perform a patch test when appropriate and discontinue use if irritation or an unwanted reaction occurs. Product results vary from person to person.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, ingredients, and prices accurately. However, colors and packaging may appear differently depending on your device, and manufacturers may occasionally update packaging or ingredients.

Please read the product listing carefully before placing your order. We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information when necessary.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable inventory, supplier limitations, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns.

If Cos Me Beauty cancels an order after payment has been collected, the canceled amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and telephone information. Cos Me Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and discounts may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is completed. Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

6. SUPPLIERS AND FULFILLMENT

Some products may be provided and shipped by third-party suppliers, including suppliers participating through Shopify Collective.

Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages, ship from different locations, and have different delivery times. Customers should contact Cos Me Beauty—not an individual supplier—with questions or concerns about an order.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, supplier processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused package, or unsuccessful delivery may be the customer’s responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Due to health, hygiene, and safety standards, Cos Me Beauty does not accept discretionary returns or exchanges. Beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned to inventory or resold after delivery.

Customers must notify us promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Orders may only be canceled before processing or fulfillment begins. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy. Shopify and our authorized service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Cos Me Beauty name, branding, website content, graphics, photographs, written materials, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Product names, photographs, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

11. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You give Cos Me Beauty permission to display and use submitted content for store, customer-service, and promotional purposes. We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to the product or service.
